Digital marketing expert joins local real estate firm
A digital marketing expert has just relocated to Mountain Home and will be shaking up the way that real estate is marketed in the Twin Lakes Area. Justin Cannon comes from a long background of effectively marketing local businesses online and has recently joined the Baxter Real Estate Company. He will be helping local home sellers increase visibility online for their property listings.
Currently, online exposure for property sellers in Baxter County is somewhat limited, according to a news release. This leaves out a lot of valuable online marketing resources that can be used to help people sell their properties faster and for more money.
When asked why he chose to relocate and become a Realtor, Cannon said, “I have always wanted to live in the Ozarks, and when I sold my company back in April, I started to look for the next great opportunity that would allow me to relocate to this area. After extensive research I came to the realization that the Real Estate market in North Central Arkansas was ripe with opportunity for someone who knows how to help sellers get their properties online and in front of buyers.”
Cannon’s professional experience includes building a small chain of computer stores from an “in the garage” startup to a regional powerhouse in less than three years and then exiting via private sale.
After selling the computer stores, Cannon went on to form a carpet cleaning company and was able to grow that business and exit via private sale as well. He largely attributes his success to his proficiency in digital marketing and looks forward to utilizing those same skills in the Twin Lakes area.
In 2013, Cannon was featured on the front page of Business Section of the Arizona Republic, that article can be viewed online at: http://archive.azcentral.com/community/mesa/articles/20130603from-waiters-apple-refurbishers.html
Scott Poush the Principal Broker at Baxter Real Estate said, “We are happy to have Justin on the team and look forward to serving the local community with him.”
Baxter Real Estate Company has several local market experts serving Mountain Home and the surrounding communities for more than two decades.
